Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unused and in it’s original packaging with proof of purchase. An exchange or refund will be issued as long as your return meets our Terms and conditions.

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase please contact us first via Email [email protected] and we will try to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed you have a 10 minute window to notify us with your intention to cancel your order before your order is passed to our warehouse team.

If your item has been despatched and we are unable to cancel , you will be able to return the item at your own cost as long as the item meets our Terms and Conditions for returns above.
